During the past 17 years, Michelle Samar has used her degree in Textiles and Fashion Merchandising from Northern Michigan University to assist thousands of customers choose the right fabrics, finishes, furniture, accessories, and art.  Much of her time in the industry was spent managing the popular Z Gallerie home stores in Scottsdale & Phoenix.  Armed with formal education, years of experience and natural talent, Michelle takes the time to carefully listen to her clients wishes and balance form, function and budget to create personalized, creative spaces.

Now more than 8 years old,  Non-Essentials has evolved into an interior design and decorating company that has assisted hundreds of homeowners within Anthem, North Phoenix and Scottsdale.  In addition to her duties as an interior designer & home stager, Michelle is also a regular contributor to a local magazine.
